East Tampa

We contributed to the design and visualization of a state and locally funded mixed-use, mixed-income residential development in Hillsborough County. This large-scale project includes six 3-story apartment buildings, offering a total of 354 dwelling units to serve a diverse community.

The development also features a 1-story clubhouse with community spaces, a swimming pool and pool deck for residents, as well as a 1-story maintenance shed with a trash compactor enclosure. Future phases include a 1-story commercial building and on-grade parking facilities, all designed to enhance the functionality and comfort of the space.
