This development is grounded in a strong foundation. 4G Architecture was born as a spin-off from a local holding group with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, providing deep technical knowledge and industry insight from the outset. Operating from Barranquilla, Colombia, in the EST time zone, the firm supports the U.S. architecture, building envelope, engineering, and interior design industries.
Over the years, 4G has worked with more than 120 clients, building hands-on experience with U.S. building codes and quickly adapting to each firm’s standards. Currently, 60 percent of the team operates under exclusive engagement models, allowing for long-term collaboration and a true “same team” environment with clients.
The firm’s multidisciplinary team includes architects, engineers, technical drafters, and graphic designers, all fluent in English and specialized in drafting, BIM, 2D and 3D modeling, engineering, and estimating services.
