An odyssey of innovation
Born as a Spin-Off from a local Holding Group with more than 40 years in the Construction Industry, we are an offshore firm in Barranquilla, Colombia (EST) that supports the US Architectural, Building Envelope, Engineering and Interior Design Industries with Drafting, BIM, 2D & 3D Modeling, Engineering, and Estimating services.
With our team of more than 205 experienced Architects, Engineers, Technical Drafters, and Graphic Designers specialized in US Building Codes and fluent in English, we focus on getting acquainted with each client´s standards quickly achieving a “same team” environment.
In 4G, our main goal is to help improve the profitability and productivity of our clients by offering high-quality services outside the borders of their company, keeping them from incurring overhead expenses related to hiring, office space, drafting equipment and software.
All this is possible thanks to our high level of commitment, know-how, and the experience of more than 20 years in the US market.
